There is a company producing cement and transport concrete in Vác. The raw material for the production is provided by the Triassic limestone of Naszály Hill, which is associated with the continuous destruction of the southern side of the mountain. During production, carbon dioxide is formed when limestone is burned, the combustion product is mixed with clay. Finished cement is packed in bags or transported to larger construction sites.
